Most of you have had Algebra 1 already and the ones who haven't had Algebra 1 have taken 8th grade math with the basics of Pre-Algebra. For that reason, the first 3 chapters in the textbook are only reviewed.
Please have the following problems worked by Friday, August 22nd:
Chapter 1 Review pages 54-56, #'s 1-22, 23-29 DNWQ (do not write question)
Chapter 2 Review pages 122-124, #'s 1,2, 6-19, 21-37 odd, 40, 41, 45-47, 49-52
Chapter 3 Review pages 190-192, #'s 1-25, 28-34
We will work problems from each chapter during class on Monday and Tuesday of the first week. Chapter 4 will begin on Wednesday. Obviously, if you feel that you will have difficulty with the first three chapters, it would be in your best interest to work the problems sooner, rather than later, so that you can have your questions answered during class.
